Again, the red lines and dots are the markings you made from the "Marking the Body" page. These are your guidelines. Use them to figure out where you need to measure.

The numbers correspond to your measurement chart and "Measurements Help" handout. The purple lines will indicate where to take the measurements, and of course, if you need additional help, email me.

Measurement 51 is taken from the Shoulder Point to the Elbow point.

For Measurement 36, bend your elbow slightly and as if offering your hand to someone, then measure from the Shoulder Point, over the Elbow Point and just past the wristbone.

Other measurements, such as Floor to Hip, Floor to Waist Back and other length measurements are taken from the stated point down to the floor.

I haven't covered the crotch length measurements necessary for pants yet, but will have more information soon.
